By accessing or using the Instivera EduSuite software, mobile applications, or website provided by ReTechPrime Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Instivera is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) educational ERP and management platform providing modules for admissions, student lifecycle, academic routines, examinations, fee collection, attendance, communications, and institutional reporting. Features may vary based on subscription tiers and institution customization.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Institutions, staff, students, and authorized users agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and assume responsibility for activities under authorized accounts.
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable Indian and international laws and education regulations.
- Refrain from transmitting unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through notices, chat, or file repositories.
- Avoid reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting unauthorized access to the platform infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
The Instivera name, brand, logos, software architecture, UI design, and underlying code are the exclusive intellectual property of ReTechPrime Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Customer data uploaded into the system remains the property of the customer institution.
